According to our correspondent in Algeria, the Algerian Ministry of Tourism is preparing, in consultation with Tunisia, to inaugurate a tourist abroad in order to promote its tourist offer that part of a plan which aims to revive an industry that is experiencing a sharp increase due to the unstable political situation in Tunisia and Egypt.
The same source pointed out that the parties are working hard to promote the Algerian tourism product and attract French tourists, Germany and Italy this summer. According to official figures 300,000 tourists, including 120,000 French visited Algeria in 2012.
